We accept secure payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Evwaah reserves the right to accept or cancel your order at any time due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud verification issues. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier handling, or unforeseen delays. Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Handloom products with slight natural variations or minor weave irregularities are characteristic of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defective.
